Teacher Skill Development Initiative in Chandankiyari, Jharkhand.
As part of our Social Responsibility Initiative, SPANDAN has partnered with Shishu Pratibha Vikash Vidyalaya, Chandankiyari, Jharkhand, to support the professional and personal development of its teachers.
SPANDAN is conducting a four-month Teacher Skill Development Program focused on strengthening communication, classroom engagement, confidence, and collaborative teaching practices. The program encourages teachers to move beyond traditional one-way teaching and create a more interactive, participative, and student-friendly learning environment.
Through regular sessions, practical activities, and guidance, we aim to help teachers enhance their skills and build stronger connections with their students.
