Shailesh Kumar
Managing Director & CEOShailesh Kumar is a graduate of IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and an accomplished author of five books. With nearly three decades of leadership experience, he has held key roles across leading multinational organizations, working extensively in India and internationally, including the USA, UK, Canada, and Belgium. Prior to founding Spandan, he served as a Director in a listed company, driving large-scale programs and strategic initiatives.
As the Managing Director & CEO of Spandan, he is building a transformative platform focused on holistic family development and sustainable growth. He brings deep expertise in large-scale program management, operational excellence, and strategic execution, with a strong emphasis on creating scalable and impact-driven solutions.
